بر اساس گزارش ها، در 15 خرداد 1402، مسعود دارسنج، ساکن شهرستان بوکان در استان آذربایجان غربی، پس از حضور در شعبه اجرای احکام دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب آن شهرستان، بازداشت و به زندان بوکان منتقل شد. گفته شده است که بازداشت وی به دلیل احضار به شعبه اجرای احکام برای تحمل دوران محکومیت حبس انجام شده است. مسعود دارسنج در مرحله دادرسی توسط شعبه 101 دادگاه کیفری 2 بوکان به اتهاماتی از جمله عضویت در یکی از احزاب مخالف نظام، شرکت در اعتراضات و ارسال فیلم و اخبار برای رسانه های مخالف، شعارنویسی و پخش اعلامیه به مجموعاً 2 سال و 11 ماه حبس تعزیری محکوم شده بود. وی در 25 دی 1401 توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهرستان بوکان بازداشت و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه مرکزی یکی از ارگان های امنیتی و طی مراحل بازجویی و بازپرسی، حدود یک ماه بعد با تودیع وثیقه آزاد شد.

According to reports, on 5 June 2023, Masoud Darsanj, a resident of Bukan County in West Azerbaijan Province, was arrested after appearing at the Enforcement Branch of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in the county and was transferred to Bukan Prison. It has been stated that his arrest was due to a summons to the Enforcement Branch to serve a prison sentence. During the trial phase, Masoud Darsanj was sentenced by Branch 101 of the Criminal Court 2 of Bukan to a total of 2 years and 11 months of imprisonment on charges including membership in an opposition party, participating in protests, sending videos and news to opposition media, writing slogans, and distributing leaflets. He was arrested by security forces in Bukan County on 15 January 2023 and, after being transferred to the central detention centre of a security agency and undergoing interrogation and investigation, was released on bail approximately one month later.
