Reports indicate that Rashad Parvizi, a cultural activist from Kordestan Province, is being held without charge in the detention centre of the General Directorate of Intelligence in Kordestan Province. He has been denied visitation rights, phone calls, and access to legal counsel.
It has been stated that Rashad Parvizi's family is unaware of the charges against him due to the lack of response from the investigator at the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in Sanandaj.
Rashad Parvizi was arrested by security forces in Kamyaran on 17 February 2024 and transferred to the detention centre of the General Directorate of Intelligence in Sanandaj. He is a member of the Nozhin Social-Cultural Association.
گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که رشاد پرویزی، فعال فرهنگی اهل استان کردستان، در بازداشتگاه اداره کل اطلاعات استان کردستان به صورت بلاتکلیف محبوس شده است. وی از حق ملاقات، تماس تلفنی و دسترسی به مشاوره حقوقی محروم است.
گفته شده است که خانواده رشاد پرویزی به دلیل عدم پاسخگویی بازپرس شعبه دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب شهر سنندج، از اتهامات منتسب به وی اطلاعی ندارند.
رشاد پرویزی در تاریخ ۲۸ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۲ توسط ماموران امنیتی در شهرستان کامیاران دستگیر و به بازداشتگاه اداره کل اطلاعات استان کردستان در شهر سنندج منتقل شد. وی از اعضای انجمن اجتماعی ـ فرهنگی نوژین است.
