According to Human Rights in Iran, on Tuesday, August 7, 2023, Amir Mohammad Chaharnei Mofrad (Amir Sartipi), born in 2000, a resident of Gorgan city, the capital of Golestan province, was tried by Judge Timuri, the head of the first branch of the Gorgan Revolutionary Court. They presented their defenses to the court judge along with their defense attorney.
According to this report, the charges attributed to Amir Mohammad Chaharnei (propaganda activities against the system) and (insulting Ruhollah Khomeini) have been mentioned, and this citizen is awaiting the court's verdict.
Also, the representation of Amir Mohammad Chaharnei Mofrad in this legal case is handled by Ramadan Haji Mashhadi, a first-class attorney.
It should be noted that Amir Mohammad Chaharnei Mofrad (Amir Sartipi) was arrested on September 30, 2022, by the Revolutionary Guards' intelligence officers in the city of Gorgan. He was deprived of access to his nerve and psychiatric medications and was then subjected to intense interrogations in the detention center of that security institution located in the Amirabad prison in Gorgan. He was released on bail after a while.

According to the indictment issued by Judge Gholamreza Timuri and served to Ramadan Haji Mashhadi, the defense attorney of the accused in this case, Amir Mohammad Chaharnei Mofrad (Sartipi) has been sentenced to 1 year and 4 months of discretionary imprisonment for the charge of (insulting Ruhollah Khomeini) and 8 months of discretionary imprisonment for the charge of (propaganda activities against the system).

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز دوشنبه ۱۶ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، امیرمحمد چهارنائی مفرد(امیر سرتیپی)، متولد: ۱۳۷۹، ساکن شهر گرگان مرکز استان گلستان، توسط قاضی تیموری، رئیس شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب گرگان، محاکمه و به همراه وکیل مدافع خود دفاعیاتشان را به قاضی دادگاه ارائه کردند.
براساس این گزارش، اتهامات منتسب شده به امیرمحمد چهارنائی(فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام) و (توهین به روح الله خمینی) عنوان شده و این شهروند در انتظار ابلاغ حکم دادگاه خود است.
همچنین، وکالت امیرمحمد چهارنائی مفرد، در این پرونده قضایی بر عهده رمضان حاجی مشهدی، وکیل پایه یک دادگستری است.
لازم به اشاره است، امیرمحمد چهارنائی مفرد(امیر سرتیپی)، در تاریخ ۹ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۱، توسط ماموران اداره اطلاعات سپاه در شهر گرگان، دستگیر و در حالی از حق دسترسی به داروهای اعصاب و روان خود محروم شده بود سپس تحت بازجویی های فشرده در بازداشتگاه آن نهاد امنیتی واقع در زندان امیرآباد گرگان، مدتی بعد با قید وثیقه آزاد شد.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران در روز یکشنبه ۲۹ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، امیرمحمد چهارنائی مفرد(سرتیپی)، بازیگر تئاتر و هنرمند عرصه بازیگری، به تحمل ۲ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.
براساس دادنامه صادره توسط قاضی غلامرضا تیموری که به رمضان حاجی مشهدی، وکیل مدافع متهم این پرونده ابلاغ شده، امیرمحمد چهارنائی مفرد(سرتیپی)، از بابت اتهام(توهین به روحالله خمینی) به ۱ سال و ۴ ماه ماه حبس تعزیری و به اتهام(فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام) هم به تحمل ۸ ماه حبس تعزیری محکوم شده است.
