Sheida Saberi, born in 1992, an actress and activist for women's and children's rights, was arrested on Sunday, September 16, 2023, holding a placard in Haft Tir Square in Yasuj. She had also been imprisoned for a while in 2023 and 2019 due to her protest activities.
According to Human Rights in Iran agency, On Thursday, October 21, 2023, Sheida Saberi, a resident of the city of Yasuj, the capital of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province, was released from Yasuj Central Prison after the completion of interrogations and being informed of the charges against her and posting bail.
According to this report, Shida Saberi's freedom has been achieved after being informed of her charges and posting bail.
Also, despite Shida Saberi's release on bail, no information has been obtained about the legal aspects of her charges.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز پنجشنبه ۳۰ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، شیدا صابری، اهل و ساکن شهر یاسوج مرکز استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد، پس از اتمام بازجویی ها و تفهیم با تودیع قرار وثیقه از زندان مرکزی یاسوج آزاد شد.
براساس این گزارش، آزادی شیدا صابی پس از تفهیم اتهام وی و با تودیع قرار وثیقه صورت گرفته است.
همچنین،عیلرغم آزادی شیدا صابری با تودیع وثیقه اما از مصادیق حقوقی اتهامات وی اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
