Feridon Nabi, a 21yearold resident of Piranshahr, has been sentenced by the Mahabad Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Amir Ajagloo, to 43 months of imprisonment for the charge of "assembly and collusion against national security," 35 months of imprisonment for the charge of "membership in one of the opposition parties," and 8 months of imprisonment for the charge of "propaganda against the regime." The aforementioned was also sentenced by Branch 102 of the Piranshahr Criminal Court, presided over by Judge Reza Gharmani Satlou, to 6 months of imprisonment and a fine of 25 million Rials for the charge of "carrying weapons and throwing and making Molotov cocktails."
With the implementation of Article 134 of the Islamic Penal Code, 43 months of this sentence are executable for the aforementioned.
On Sunday, November 6, 1401, security forces violently raided Feridin Nabi's family home without presenting a court order and, failing to arrest him, arrested his younger brother Feridon Nabi. Eventually, after 48 days of interrogation, Feridon Nabi was transferred from the Urmia Intelligence Department detention center to Naghdeh prison.
Finally, on Wednesday, May 19, 1402, the aforementioned was temporarily released from Naghdeh prison until the end of the judicial proceedings by posting a three billion Toman bail.
It should be noted that Feridon Nabi was arrested by security officers as a hostage instead of his brother Feridin Nabi.
فریدون نبی ۲١ ساله و اهل شهر پیرانشهر از سوی دادگاه انقلاب مهاباد به ریاست قاضی امیر اجاقلو از بابت اتهام «اجتماع و تبانی علیه امنیت کشور» به ۴۳ ماه حبس تعزیری و از بابت اتهام «عضویت در یکی از احزاب اپوزیسیون» به ٣۵ ماه حبس تعزیری و از بابت اتهام «تبلیغ علیه نظام» به ۸ ماه حبس تعزیری محکوم شده است. نامبرده از سوی شعبه ١٠٢ دادگاه کیفری ٢ پیرانشهر به ریاست قاضی رضا قهرمانی ساعتلو از بابت اتهام «حمل سلاح و پرتاب و ساخت کوکتل مولوتوف» به ۶ ماه حبس و پرداخت ۲۵ میلیون ریال جریمه نقدی محکوم شده است.
با اعمال ماده ١۳۴ قانون مجازات اسلامی ۴۳ ماه از این حکم برای نامبرده قابل اجرا می باشد.
روز شنبه ٦ آبان ماه ١۴٠١، نیروهای امنیتی بدون ارائه حکم قضایی و بە صورت خشونت آمیز به منزل خانوادگی فردین نبی یورش بردە بودند و پس از آنکه موفق به بازداشت او نشده بودند، برادر کوچک وی فریدون نبی را بازداشت کرده بودند. سرانجام فریدون نبی پس از ۴۸ روز بازجویی از بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات ارومیه به زندان نقده منتقل شده بود.
نهایتاً روز سه شنبه ۱۹ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۲، نامبرده با تودیع قرار وثیقه سه میلیارد تومانی به صورت موقت و تا زمان پایان مراحل دادرسی از زندان نقده آزاد شد.
لازم به ذکر است که فریدون نبی به جای برادرش فردین نبی توسط مأموران امنیتی به صورت گروگانگیرانە بازداشت شدە بود.
