According to a report dated 10 November 2025, Danial Darabkhani, a resident of Lahijan originally from Kermanshah Province, was arrested by security forces in Lahijan and transferred to the city's prison. Reports indicate that he was taken to a security detention centre in Lahijan for interrogation and the formation of a legal case before being moved to the county's prison.
Previously, on 9 March 2018, Danial Darabkhani was arrested by agents of the Kermanshah Province Intelligence Office. After 28 days of interrogation, he was transferred to the central prison in Kermanshah. During the judicial proceedings, he was tried on charges of acting against national security and sentenced to one year of imprisonment.
بر اساس گزارشی به تاریخ 19 آبان 1404، دانیال داراب خانی، ساکن لاهیجان و اهل استان کرمانشاه، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در لاهیجان بازداشت و به زندان این شهر منتقل شد. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که وی برای بازجویی و تشکیل پرونده قضایی به یکی از بازداشتگاه های امنیتی در لاهیجان منتقل و سپس به زندان آن شهرستان انتقال یافته است.
همچنین، دانیال داراب خانی پیشتر در تاریخ 18 اسفند 1396 توسط ماموران اداره اطلاعات استان کرمانشاه بازداشت و پس از 28 روز بازجویی به زندان مرکزی کرمانشاه منتقل شده بود. در مراحل دادرسی، وی به اتهام اقدام علیه امنیت ملی محاکمه و به یک سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شده بود.
