According to reports, on 1 November 2023, Ehsan Mohammadi from Oshnavieh was temporarily released on bail from the Urmia Correctional and Rehabilitation Centre until the completion of legal proceedings.
In June 2023, this individual faced charges from the Third Branch of the Urmia Revolutionary Court, including disrupting public order through protest, arson, and destruction of public property. Due to the individual being under 18 years of age, the case was referred to the Juvenile Criminal Court.
Ehsan Mohammadi was detained on 13 October 2022 after being summoned to the Oshnavieh Intelligence Office and was subsequently transferred to Urmia.
