Reports indicate that on 7 Bahman 1403, Parvin Edvaei, a resident of Marivan County, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location. The exact reason for her arrest has not been specified.
Previously, on 10 Bahman 1398, Parvin Edvaei was arrested by security forces in Sanandaj to serve a one-year prison sentence and was transferred to the women's ward of the Sanandaj Central Prison's Correction and Rehabilitation Centre. This arrest occurred after she underwent surgery due to a thyroid condition.
Parvin Edvaei's case was reviewed by the Marivan Revolutionary Court on charges of "acting against national security through collaboration with the Free Life Party of Kurdistan," resulting in a five-year prison sentence. However, upon appeal, her sentence was reduced to one year.
On 5 Mordad 1398, Parvin Edvaei was arrested following a raid by Marivan Intelligence Department officers at her home and was transferred to the detention centre of this security organisation in Sanandaj. After undergoing interrogation, she was moved to the women's ward of the Sanandaj Central Prison's Correction and Rehabilitation Centre in Mehr 1398 and was eventually temporarily released on 2 Aban 1398 after posting bail of 500 million tomans.
On 19 Esfand 1398, Parvin Edvaei went on a hunger strike in protest against being denied leave and other prisoner rights, considering the spread of the coronavirus and the unsanitary conditions in prisons.
On 18 Farvardin 1399, after serving six months of her one-year prison sentence, she was released following a directive from the judiciary.
بر اساس گزارش ها، در تاریخ 7 بهمن ماه 1403، پروین ادوایی، ساکن شهرستان مریوان، توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شد. علت دقیق بازداشت او مشخص نشده است.
پیشتر، در تاریخ 10 بهمن ماه 1398، پروین ادوایی جهت اجرای حکم یک سال حبس تعزیری خود توسط نیروهای امنیتی در سنندج بازداشت و به بند زنان کانون اصلاح و تربیت زندان مرکزی سنندج منتقل شده بود. این بازداشت پس از انجام عمل جراحی به دلیل ابتلا به بیماری گواتر صورت گرفته بود.
پرونده پروین ادوایی توسط دادگاه انقلاب مریوان به اتهام "اقدام علیه امنیت ملی از طریق همکاری با حزب حیات آزاد کردستان" بررسی و به پنج سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شد. اما در دادگاه تجدید نظر، محکومیت وی به یک سال حبس تعزیری کاهش یافت.
در تاریخ 5 مرداد ماه 1398، پروین ادوایی در پی یورش ماموران اداره اطلاعات مریوان به منزل شخصی اش بازداشت و به بازداشتگاه این ارگان امنیتی در سنندج منتقل شد. پس از طی مراحل بازجویی، در مهر ماه 1398، او به بند زنان کانون اصلاح و تربیت زندان مرکزی سنندج منتقل و نهایتاً در تاریخ 2 آبان ماه 1398 با تودیع وثیقه به مبلغ 500 میلیون تومان به طور موقت آزاد شد.
در تاریخ 19 اسفند ماه 1398، پروین ادوایی در اعتراض به محرومیت از حق مرخصی و سایر حقوق زندانیان، با توجه به شیوع ویروس کرونا و آلودگی محیط زندان ها، اعتصاب غذا کرد.
در تاریخ 18 فروردین ماه 1399، پس از تحمل شش ماه از حبس تعزیری یک سال خود، با اعمال بخشنامه قوه قضائیه آزاد شد.
