On 25 October 2026, Branch 1 of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in Ilam County issued a summons ordering Aref Nasiri to appear before the judicial authority to provide explanations and defend himself against the charges brought against him. According to reports, on the morning of 21 October, security forces entered Nasiri's home while he was not present and removed a Starlink satellite internet device.

Subsequently, on 25 October, the First Branch of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in Ilam County issued a summons for Nasiri to appear and provide explanations and defend himself against the charges.

The summons indicated that he is accused of involvement in a network for the sale and purchase of Starlink satellite internet equipment.

عارف نصیری، شهروند ساکن شهرستان آبدانان، پس از تفتیش محل سکونتش و ضبط تجهیزات اینترنت ماهواره ای استارلینک، با تشکیل پرونده قضایی روبه رو شده و برای پاسخ گویی درباره اتهامات مطرح شده به دادسرای ایلام احضار شده است.

به گزارش خبرگزاری هرانا، بامداد ۲۹ مهرماه، نیروهای امنیتی با مراجعه به منزل این شهروند، در حالی که وی در خانه حضور نداشته است، وارد محل شده و یک دستگاه اینترنت ماهواره ای استارلینک را با خود برده اند.

پس از این اقدام، شعبه اول بازپرسی دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب شهرستان ایلام در تاریخ سوم آبان ماه با ارسال احضاریه ای، از عارف نصیری خواسته است برای ارائه توضیحات و دفاع از خود در برابر اتهامات انتسابی در مرجع قضایی حاضر شود.

در متن احضاریه، اتهام وی فعالیت در شبکه فروش و همچنین خرید و فروش تجهیزات مربوط به اینترنت ماهواره ای استارلینک عنوان شده است.
