نیلوفر مسعودی ۴۳ ساله جمعه ۱۹ دی ۱۴۰۴ در اعتراضات اصفهان به ضرب ۲ گلوله ماموران سرکوب جمهوری اسلامی کشته شد.
نیلوفر مسعودی در «بهارستان» اصفهان در میان مردم معترض حضور داشت که ماموران به سمت آنها یورش بردند. وقتی نیلوفر به همراه دیگر حاضران در حال فرار از تیررس ماموران بود آنها از پشت سر به سمتش شلیک کردند.
به گفته یکی از نزدیکان نیلوفر ماموران ابتدا از پشت به زانوی او شلیک کردند و وقتی نیلوفر زمین گیر شد شلیک دیگری به شکم و کمر او موجب مرگش شد.
براساس این اطلاعات پیکر نیلوفر که از کارمندان یکی از تالارهای بورس اصفهان بود روز ۲۲ دی ۱۴۰۴ در باغ رضوان اصفهان به خاک سپرده شد.

She was shot dead by security forces on Thursday, 18 Dey 1404 (8 January 2026), during the Iranian year 1404 (2025/26) nationwide uprising.
Niloufar Masoudi, 43, was killed by two bullets fired by Islamic Republic suppression forces during protests in Isfahan on Friday, January 9, 2026. Niloufar Masoudi was among the protesters in "Baharestan," Isfahan, when the forces attacked them. As Niloufar and others were trying to escape, they were shot from behind.
According to a close associate of Niloufar, the forces first shot her in the knee from behind, and when she was immobilized, another shot to her abdomen and back led to her death.
Based on this information, Niloufar's body, who was an employee at one of the Isfahan stock exchange halls, was buried in Bagh Rezvan, Isfahan, on January 12, 2026.
