روز ۲۵ تیر ماه در سالروز تولد مهسا موگویی در پی حضور هموطنانمان در کنار آرامگاه او پس از سردادن شعارهای انقلابی مامورین امنیتی مانع برگزاری مراسم تولد شدند محمدعلی موگویی و میلاد موگویی پدر و برادر مهسا موگویی را به اداره اطلاعات اصفهان منتقل کردند با توجه به حضور خانواده و پیگیری آنها دادگاه به خانواده اطلاع دادند که ایشان با سند پانصد میلیونی آزاد خواهند شد .
اما پس از فراهم کردن سند دادگاه استان هر دو را به زندان مرکزی اصفهان منتقل کرد
