On July 16, during the birthday commemoration of Mahsa Mogouei, security forces intervened and prevented the ceremony at her gravesite after revolutionary slogans were chanted. Mohammad Ali Mogouei and Milad Mogouei, Mahsa's father and brother, were taken to the Isfahan Intelligence Office. The court informed the family, who were actively following up on the situation, that they would be released on bail of 500 million. However, after the bail was arranged, the provincial court transferred both to Isfahan Central Prison.
