A source close to Hamid Abbaspour's family reported that Abbaspour has undergone interrogation processes in Ward 209 of the Ministry of Intelligence and Ward 241 of the Judiciary's Intelligence Protection, during which he was denied access to a lawyer and subjected to severe harsh treatment by the interrogators.
It is noteworthy that Hamid Abbaspour was arrested on September 15, 2023, following a raid by Ministry of Intelligence agents on his parental home, where some personal items, including his mobile phone, were seized. He was initially taken to Ward 209 of the security agency and then transferred to Ward 241 of the Judiciary's Intelligence Protection in Evin Prison.
As of the time of this report, due to the lack of response from the investigator of Branch 33 of Tehran's District Court to Hamid Abbaspour's family, there is no information available regarding the legal charges and the legal proceedings of his case.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز یکشنبه ۹ هر ماه ۱۴۰۲، حمید عباسپور، ساکن استان تهران، محبوس در زندان اوین، علیرغم گذشت مدتی قابل توجه از تاریخ دستگیری و اتمام بازجویی ها در بلاتکلیفی بسر می برد و از حقوق اولیه یک متهم نیز محروم است.
به نقل از یک فرد نزدیک به خانواده حمید عباسپور در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”آقای عباسپور، در حال مراحل بازجویی های خود را در بند ۲۰۹ وزارت اطلاعات و بند ۲۴۱ حفاظت اطلاعت قوه قضائیه پشت سر گذاشته که از حق دسترسی به وکیل محروم بوده و به شدت تحت رفتارهای خشن و قهرآمیز بازجویان قرار گرفته است.”
لازم به اشاره است، حمید عباسپور، در تاریخ ۲۴ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، پس از یورش جمعی از ماموران وزارت اطلاعات به منزل پدری وی و تفتیش و توقیف برخی لوازم شخصی از قبیل گوشی تلفن همراه، بازداشت و ابتدا به بند ۲۰۹ آن نهاد امنیتی و سپس به بند ۲۴۱ حفاظت اطلاعات قوه قضائیه در زندان اوین، منتقل شد.
تا لحظه تنظیم این خبر، با توجه به عدم پاسخگویی بازپرس شعبه دادسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران به خانواده حمید عباسپور، از مصادیق حقوقی اتهامات و روند حقوقی پرونده وی اطلاعی بدست نیامده است.
