علیرضا صفوی، در ۱۸دی ماه ۱۴۰۴ در فلکه دوم آریاشهر تهران هدف شلیک گلوله ساچمه ای قرار گرفت و جان باخت. پیکر او پس از این حادثه در بازداشتگاهی در کهریزک پیدا شد و در ۲۱ دی ماه ۱۴۰۴ به خاک سپرده شد.
