هستی صمدی ۱۷ ساله در جریان اعتراضات سراسری ایران دی ماه ۱۴۰۴ در تهران توسط نیروهای سرکوبگر جمهوری اسلامی کشته شد.
بر اساس گزارش نزدیکان هستی در تجمع جنت آباد به سمت او گاز اشک آور زدند و با خشونت بازداشتش کردند. او داخل اتوبوس سرکوبگران بود مردم در حوالی صادقیه اتوبوس را متوقف کرده و بازداشتی ها را فراری دادند. او به خانه بازمی گردد اما چندین بار دچار تشنج می شود و در نهایت در بیمارستان پر می کشد.
در بیمارستان از خانواده امضا گرفته می شود که بنویسند؛ علت مرگ تداخل دارویی بوده است.
اما درحقیقت هستی صمدی بر اثر ضربه به سر و گاز اشک آور کشته شد.

Hasti Samadi, a 17-year-old, was killed by the suppressive forces of the Islamic Republic during nationwide protests in Iran in January 2026 in Tehran. Reports from those close to Hasti indicate that tear gas was fired at her during a gathering in Jenat Abad, and she was violently arrested. She was inside the bus of the suppressive forces when people near Sadeghieh stopped the bus and helped the detainees escape. She returned home but experienced multiple seizures and ultimately passed away in the hospital. At the hospital, the family was made to sign a document stating that the cause of death was a drug interaction. However, in reality, Hasti Samadi died from a head injury and tear gas exposure.
