According to available information, the Friday prayer leader of Golpayegan and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps have had a significant influence on the case. There are also concerns about the situation of Mohammad Nikbakht, who has been held in Isfahan Central Prison for two months.
The charges against the three brothers include "propaganda against the regime through the Telegram channel Dad o Bidad," "illegal gatherings," and "insulting the founder of the Islamic Republic." Requests have been made by human rights organisations to work towards saving the lives of the brothers and all political prisoners.

خانواده این سه برادر پیش تر از طریق دادگاه گلپایگان پیگیر پرونده بوده اند و به آنها اطلاع داده شده بود که قاضی پرونده حکم یک سال و پنج سال برای هر کدام صادر خواهد کرد، اما به اتهام افساد فی الارض حکم اعدام صادر شده است.
براساس اطلاعات موجود، امام جمعه گلپایگان و اطلاعات سپاه بر روی پرونده تأثیر زیادی داشته اند. همچنین نگرانی هایی درباره وضعیت محمد نیکبخت وجود دارد که به مدت دو ماه در زندان مرکزی اصفهان به سر می برد.
اتهامات این سه برادر شامل "تبلیغ علیه نظام از طریق کانال تلگرامی داد و بیداد"، "تجمعات غیرقانونی" و "توهین به بنیان گذار جمهوری اسلامی" اعلام شده است. درخواست هایی از سازمان های حقوق بشری برای تلاش در جهت نجات جان برادران و تمامی زندانیان سیاسی مطرح شده است.
