Mansour Eskandari was born into a hardworking family in Kashmar. He worked while pursuing his studies. In 1967, he entered the University of Tehran to study medicine and joined the Fada'iyan-e Khalq organization. He was active in the labor sector and simultaneously worked on the editorial staff of the publication Kar. He was arrested in late October 1981 and subjected to torture. He was executed in late November 1983.
