Saeed Azizi a 37yearold Azerbaijani Turk from Zanjan was shot dead by the forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran on January 9 2026.
Saeed Azizi was the father of two daughters aged 7 and 9 and owned a real estate agency. He had previously worked as a "delivery man" and "worker" in a supermarket for more than 10 years.
According to informed sources he was present on the streets of Zanjan during the days of the protests and was targeted by government forces live ammunition from the "Gijgah" area and died instantly.
Saeed Azizis family received his body 6 days later after signing a commitment letter not to bury him in "Behesht Zahra" the main cemetery in Zanjan and to hold a funeral with a maximum of 20 people in attendance.

سعید عزیزی پدر دو دختر ۷ و ۹ ساله صاحب یک دفتر مشاور املاک بود. او پیش از این به مدت بیش از ۱۰ سال به عنوان «پیک» و «کارگر» در یک سوپرمارکت کار می کرد.
به گفته منابع مطلع او در روزهای اعتراضات در خیابان های زنجان حضور داشت و از ناحیه «گیجگاه» مورد هدف گلوله جنگی نیروهای حکومتی قرار گرفته و در دم جان باخته است.
خانواده سعید عزیزی پیکر او را ۶ روز بعد و پس از امضای تعهد نامه برای عدم خاکسپاری در «بهشت زهرا» قبرستان اصلی زنجان و برگزاری مراسم تشییع با حضور حداکثر ۲۰ نفر تحویل می گیرند
