Iran Human Rights Organization, Monday, September 15, 2025 – Based on received reports, on the afternoon of Monday, September 15, 2025, security forces opened fire on demonstrators near the village of "Pir Omran" in Saqqez. As a result of this attack, 22-year-old Mohammad Amin Rashidi lost his life, and three of his relatives named Ramyar, Mohammad, and Himen Rashidi were seriously injured.
Local sources say that Mohammad Amin Rashidi's body was transferred to Baneh Hospital, but it has not yet been handed over to his family. The injured individuals are also receiving intensive care at the same hospital, and their general condition is reported to be critical.
According to an informed source, Salahuddin Ayoubi Hospital in Baneh is completely under the control of security forces, and access to and from this medical center has been restricted. Additionally, telephone communications in the villages around Saqqez have been deliberately disrupted to reduce the possibility of information dissemination and the formation of wider protests.

کانون حقوق بشر ایران، دوشنبه ۲۴ شهریورماه ۱۴۰۴ – بر اساس گزارش های دریافتی، بعدازظهر روز دوشنبه ۲۴ شهریورماه ۱۴۰۴، نیروهای امنیتی به سمت تجمع کنندگان در نزدیکی روستای «پیرعمران» سقز آتش گشودند. در پی این حمله، محمد امین رشیدی، ۲۲ ساله، جان خود را از دست داد و سه تن دیگر از بستگان او به نام های رامیار، محمد و هیمن رشیدی به شدت زخمی شدند.
منابع محلی می گویند که جسد محمد امین رشیدی به بیمارستان بانه منتقل شده، اما تاکنون به خانواده اش تحویل داده نشده است. همچنین زخمی شدگان نیز در همان بیمارستان تحت مراقبت های ویژه قرار دارند و حال عمومی آن ها وخیم گزارش شده است.
به گفته یک منبع مطلع، بیمارستان صلاح الدین ایوبی بانه به طور کامل تحت کنترل نیروهای امنیتی قرار دارد و ورود و خروج به این مرکز درمانی محدود شده است. به علاوه، ارتباطات تلفنی در روستاهای اطراف سقز به صورت عمدی مختل شده تا امکان اطلاع رسانی و شکل گیری اعتراضات گسترده تر کاهش یابد.
