On 6 June 2026, Mr. Rezaei was detained and transferred to prison while attending court to follow up on his case. This action was taken to enforce a prison sentence.
In November 2025, Mr. Rezaei was sentenced to one year of imprisonment by Branch 102 of the Criminal Court of Dehgolan on charges of propaganda against the regime.
On 2 July 2025, he was arrested by security forces in Dehgolan. After 55 days of detention, he was released from the detention centre of the Intelligence Office upon posting bail of 800 million tomans.
Mohammadallah Rezaei is a resident of Sanandaj and lives in Dehgolan.
آقای رضایی روز شنبه ۱۶ خردادماه ۱۴۰۵، در حالی که برای پیگیری پرونده خود به دادگاه مراجعه کرده بود، جهت اجرای حکم حبس بازداشت و به زندان منتقل شد.
آقای رضایی در آبان ۱۴۰۴ توسط شعبه ۱۰۲ دادگاه کیفری دهگلان از بابت اتهام تبلیغ علیه نظام به یک سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.
وی در تاریخ ۱۱ تیرماه ۱۴۰۴، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهرستان دهگلان بازداشت و پس از ۵۵ روز بازداشت، با تودیع وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۸۰۰ میلیون تومان از بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات آزاد شد.
