به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، در تاریخ ۲۶ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۳،طی روزهای اخیر، سجاد علی نژاد خضرلو، فعال ملی مدنی، پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها از بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات ارومیه به زندان شهرستان خوی، منتقل شد.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”مراحل بازجویی ها به پرونده سجاد علی نژاد خضرلو، در بازداشتگاه اداره کل اطلاعات استان آذربایجان غربی در شهر ارومیه به اتمام رسید و این فعال ملی مدنی به زندان خوی منتقل شده است.”
این فرد مطلع در ادامه افزود:”از جمله اتهامات تفهیم شده به آقای علی نژاد «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام» عنوان و برای وی وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۴۰۰ میلیون تومان هم صادر شده است.”
لازم به ذکر است، سجاد علینژادخضرلو، چندی پیش توسط نیروهای امنیتی در استان آذربایجان غربی، دستگیر و به بازداشتگاه مرکزی اداره کل اطلاعات استان آذربایجان غربی در شهر ارومیه منتقل شده بود.
