روز چهارشنبه ۱۴ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۴ امید صوری زهی شهروند اهل شهرستان خاش با تودیع وثیقه از زندان زاهدان آزاد شد.
مورخ ۱۰ شهریورماه ۱۴۰۴ امید صوری زهی توسط ماموران اداره اطلاعات هنگام تردد در محور خاش به زاهدان بازداشت شد. وی در تاریخ ۲۰ شهریورماه ۱۴۰۴ به یکی از بازداشتگاه های اداره اطلاعات زاهدان منتقل و نهایتا پس از چندی به زندان این شهر انتقال یافته بود.
