Ali Haji, a physical education teacher and teachers' union activist in Jolfa County, was interrogated on 17 October 2026 after attending the Jolfa County Intelligence Office. The summons and interrogation of this teachers' union activist were related to content he had published on social media since 2022, as well as matters related to those who died during the protests on 8 and 9 January 2026 of the previous year.
The report states that at the start of the new academic year, this physical education teacher's place of employment was forcibly changed, citing the inactivity of the "Shad" system as the reason. On 11 October, he visited the Education Department to follow up on his complaint regarding the change in his place of employment. After attending the department, he was summoned to the security office, where his mobile phone was confiscated in the presence of security officers, following an order from the prosecutor's office.
علی حاجی، دبیر تربیت بدنی و فعال صنفی معلمان در شهرستان جلفا، مورخ ۲۵ مهر ۱۴۰۵، پس از حضور در اداره اطلاعات شهرستان جلفا تحت بازجویی قرار گرفته است. احضار و بازجویی این فعال صنفی فرهنگیان پیرامون مطالب منتشر شده توسط وی در فضای مجازی از سال ۱۴۰۱ به بعد و همچنین مطالبی مرتبط با جان باختگان اعتراضات ۱۸ و ۱۹ دی ماه ۱۴۰۴، صورت گرفته است.
در این گزارش آمده است با آغاز سال تحصیلی جدید، محل خدمت این معلم تربیت بدنی به بهانه فعال نبودن سامانه «شاد» به صورت اجباری تغییر کرده است. وی در تاریخ ۱۹ مهرماه جهت پیگیری شکایت خود در خصوص تغییر محل خدمت، به اداره آموزش و پرورش مراجعه کرده است. پس از حضور در این اداره، وی به اتاق حراست فراخوانده شده و گوشی تلفن همراه وی با دستور دادستانی در حضور ماموران امنیتی توقیف شده است.
