On Saturday, 15th Azar 1404 (6th December 2025), Mr Abbas Haqhgoo, a resident of Rasht and a political prisoner from the 1980s, was arrested after being summoned to the Intelligence Office of the city and was transferred to Lakan Prison in Rasht.
He was sentenced to six months in prison by the Judge of the Revolutionary Court of Shaft city located in Branch 102 of the second Criminal Court of this city.
A resident of Shaft city, is serving his sentence in Lakan prison in Rasht. He was previously sentenced to three months in prison by the criminal court of Shaft city.
