On Wednesday, December 3, 2025, Hossein Amani Nadarlou, a civil rights activist residing in East Azerbaijan Province, was arrested by security forces in the province. The exact reason for his arrest remains unknown.
Previously, on October 4, 2025, Hossein Amani Nadarlou had been summoned to the Shabestar County Intelligence Police via phone call and text message for the purpose of "following up and completing a legal case."
Earlier, he had been charged by Investigator Mousavi, head of Branch 15 of the Tabriz Revolutionary Court, and in early July 2024, he was informed of his charges through written notifications of the date and branch of his trial.
With the commencement of legal proceedings, Hossein Amani Nadarlou was tried on July 7, 2024, by the judge of Branch 2 of the Tabriz Revolutionary Court, the center of East Azerbaijan Province.
This civil rights activist was previously arrested by security forces in Tabriz on May 18, 2023, and after undergoing interrogation and being charged, he was released on June 10, 2023, upon posting a bail of 4 billion rials.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز چهارشنبه ۱۲ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۴، حسین امانی نادارلی از فعالان ملی مدنی، ساکن استان آذربایجان شرقی، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در آن استان، دستگیر شد. علت دقیق دستگیری وی نا مشخص است .
لازم به ذکر است، حسین امانی نادرلی، پیشتر هم در تاریخ ۱۲ مهر ۱۴۰۴، با دریافت تماس تلفنی و پیامک، با هدف«پیگیری و تکمیل پرونده قضایی» به پلیس اطلاعات شهرستان شبستر احضار شده بود.
حسین امانی نادارلی، پیشتر هم توسط بازپرس موسوی ـ رئیس شعبه ۱۵ دادسرای انقلاب تبریز، تفهیم اتهام و اوایل تیر ماه ۱۴۰۳، با دریافت ابلاغیه های کتبی از تاریخ و شعبه دادرسی به اتهامات خود مطلع شده بود.
با آغاز مراحل دادرسی، حسین امانی نادارلی، در تاریخ ۱۶ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۳، توسط قاضی شعبه ۲دادگاه انقلاب شهر تبریز مرکز استان آذربایجان شرقی، محاکمه شده بود.
این فعال ملی مدنی، در تاریخ ۲۸ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در تبریز، بازداشت و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام، در تاریخ ۲۰ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، با تودیع وثیقه ای به ارزش ۴۰۰ میلیون تومان آزاد شد.
