«مبین شهلی بر»، فرزند نجیم و دانشجوی رشته فیزیک دانشگاه زابل، روز شنبه ۱۱ مهرماه ۱۴۰۵، در شهر زابل بازداشت شد. خانواده وی پس از گذشت چند روز و پیگیری های مداوم در نهادهای امنیتی متوجه شده اند که او توسط نیروهای اطلاعات سپاه بازداشت شده است؛ اما نهادهای امنیتی تا ۲۳ مهرماه ۱۴۰۵، هیچ توضیح رسمی و شفافی درباره اتهامات انتسابی، محل نگهداری و وضعیت آنها ارائه نکرده اند و مسئولان امنیتی صرفاً به صورت شفاهی به خانواده گفته اند که مبین به دلیل «فعالیت در شبکه های اجتماعی، از جمله دنبال کردن صفحات مخالفان جمهوری اسلامی و پسندیدن یا اظهارنظر زیر مطالب آنها»، بازداشت شده است.

Mobin Shahlibar, the child of Najim and a physics student at Zabol University, was arrested in the city of Zabol on 3 October 2026. After several days of persistent inquiries with security agencies, the family learned that he had been detained by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps intelligence forces. However, by 15 October 2026, security agencies had not provided any official or clear explanation regarding the charges, his whereabouts, or his condition. Security officials verbally informed the family that Mobin was arrested for "activities on social networks, including following pages of opponents of the Islamic Republic and liking or commenting on their posts."
