پس از قطعی شدن احکام قضایی علیه پرستو جمال زائی، فعال مدنی ساکن اراک و از بازداشت شدگان اعتراضات دی ماه سال گذشته، این فعال اواسط هفته جاری توسط مأموران بازداشت و به بند زنان زندان مرکزی اراک منتقل شده است. او در پرونده اخیر توسط شعبه سوم دادگاه انقلاب اراک به اتهام فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام به یک سال حبس تعزیری و دو سال ممنوعیت خروج از کشور محکوم شده است. علاوه بر این، احکام تکمیلی شامل مصادره تلفن همراه، انفصال از خدمات عمومی و دولتی و ممنوعیت فعالیت در احزاب و گروه های سیاسی نیز علیه او صادر شده است. همچنین، مجازات تعلیقی پرونده پیشین وی فعال شده و حکم جزای نقدی بابت اتهام نشر اکاذیب به اجرا درآمده است.

She has been arrested and transferred to Arak Central Prison to serve her prison sentence.
Following the finalisation of judicial rulings against Parastoo Jamalzai, a civil activist residing in Arak and one of those arrested during the protests in December of the previous year, she was detained by authorities and transferred to the women's ward of Arak Central Prison earlier this week. In her recent case, the third branch of the Arak Revolutionary Court sentenced her to one year of imprisonment and a two-year travel ban on charges of propaganda against the regime. Additionally, supplementary sentences were issued against her, including the confiscation of her mobile phone, dismissal from public and governmental services, and a ban on participating in political parties and groups. Furthermore, the suspended sentence from her previous case was activated, and a fine for the charge of spreading false information was enforced.
