In another report, it has been stated that on 28 January 2025, Seyed Omid Sajjadi from the village of Kalaji, located in Sarvabad County, Kurdistan Province, was released from Marivan Central Prison after undergoing interrogation and being charged. Omid Sajjadi was released on bail of 500 million tomans until the completion of judicial proceedings. The charges against Seyed Omid Sajjadi were related to alleged cooperation with a Kurdish opposition party. It was reported that Omid Sajjadi was arrested by security forces on 9 December 2024 and initially transferred to the detention centre of the Kurdistan Province Intelligence Department in Sanandaj. After undergoing interrogation and being charged, he was transferred to Marivan County Prison.
در خبری دیگر، گزارش شده است که در 8 بهمن 1403، سید امید سجادی اهل روستای کلجی از توابع شهرستان سروآباد در استان کردستان، پس از طی مراحل بازجویی و تفهیم اتهام، با تودیع وثیقه از زندان مرکزی مریوان آزاد شد.
آزادی امید سجادی با تودیع وثیقه ای به مبلغ 500 میلیون تومان و تا اتمام مراحل دادرسی از زندان مریوان انجام شده است.
اتهامات سید امید سجادی مرتبط با همکاری با یکی از احزاب کردی اپوزیسیون عنوان شده است.
گفته شده است که امید سجادی در 18 آذر 1403 توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و ابتدا به بازداشتگاه اداره کل اطلاعات استان کردستان در شهر سنندج منتقل و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی و تفهیم اتهام به زندان شهرستان مریوان منتقل شده بود.
