گزارش شده است که سامان محمدی، اهل شهر سنندج مرکز استان کردستان، در تاریخ 17 آبان 1402 پس از اتمام بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام، با تودیع قرار وثیقه از زندان مرکزی آن شهر آزاد شد. آزادی او پس از تفهیم اتهام و تشکیل پرونده قضایی و با تودیع قرار وثیقه ای به مبلغ 250 میلیون تومان انجام شده است. همچنین گفته شده است که او در تاریخ 6 آبان 1402 پس از احضار به شعبه بازپرسی در دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب شهر سنندج بازداشت و با توجه به طی مراحل بازجویی و تفهیم اتهام تا زمان تأمین وثیقه به زندان مرکزی سنندج منتقل شده بود.
