به گزارش ها، در تاریخ 5 مهر 1402، قهرمان لطفی، اهل شهرستان بوکان از توابع استان آذربایجان غربی، توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شد. گفته شده است که علت بازداشت وی، تشویق کسبه و سایر شهروندان به اعتصاب و اعتراض به مناسبت نخستین سالگرد جانباختگان اعتراضات سراسری 1401 بوده است. پس از بازداشت، قهرمان لطفی برای تشکیل پرونده و تحقیقات امنیتی به یکی از بازداشتگاه های امنیتی در بوکان یا شهر ارومیه منتقل شده است، اما از مکان دقیق نگهداری وی اطلاعی در دست نیست.

Reports indicate that on 27 September 2023, Gahraman Lotfi, a resident of Bukan in West Azerbaijan Province, was arrested by security forces and taken to an undisclosed location. It is reported that the reason for his arrest was encouraging shopkeepers and other citizens to strike and protest on the occasion of the first anniversary of the casualties from the nationwide protests in 2022. Following his arrest, Gahraman Lotfi was transferred to a security detention centre in either Bukan or the city of Urmia for case formation and security investigations, but the exact location of his detention remains unknown.
