امیر محمد سگوند17 ساله اهل خرم آباد لرستاندر تاریخ 18 دی بر اثر اصابت گاز اشک اور دچار تشنج و ایست قلبی شد.
برخلاف تشخیص پزشک وقت پزشک حکومتی و پزشکی قانونی علت مرگ رو اصابت گلوله اعلام کردند در حالیکه اصلا علائم تیر خوردن در بدنش نبود ولی جنازه که تحویل گرفته شد علائم تیر در پهلو و زیر شکم بود که نشان دهنده شلیک به جنازه پاک این عزیز در سردخانه می باشد. در حالیکه جنازه ای که رفته پزشکی قانونی بدون اصابت گلوله بوده.

Contrary to the diagnosis of the doctor at the time the government doctor and the forensic doctor declared the cause of death to be a gunshot wound although there were no signs of gunshot wounds on his body. However when the body was received there were bullet marks on the side and lower abdomen indicating that this innocent body was shot in the morgue. While the body that went to the forensic doctor was without gunshot wounds.
