Four members of the Yarsan Civil Activists Advisory Assembly, identified as Seyed Amin Abbasi, Kheirollah Haqjouyan, Pakzad Taheri, and Noushad Taheri, have been detained by the security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Reports indicate that these individuals were arrested at the "Patagh" checkpoint, located 15 kilometres from the Sarpol-e Zahab to Kermanshah road, on 10 November 2023. The arrest occurred following their meeting with the spokesperson of the Yarsan Civil Activists Advisory Assembly and the secretary of the United Kurdish Front, as they were returning from Qasr-e Shirin to Kermanshah.

It has been reported that the spokesperson of the Yarsan Civil Activists Advisory Assembly was granted leave from prison on 9 November 2023, while serving a one-year sentence. This individual had previously been detained and transferred to prison on 13 May of the same year to serve the sentence.
چهار عضو مجمع مشورتی فعالان مدنی یارسان به نام های سیدامین عباسی، خیرالله حق جویان، پاکزاد طاهری و نوشاد طاهری توسط نیروهای امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران بازداشت شدند.
بر اساس گزارش ها، در 19 آبان 1402، این افراد در نقطه ایست و بازرسی "پاتاق" در 15 کیلومتری جاده سرپل ذهاب به کرمانشاه بازداشت شدند. این بازداشت پس از دیدار آن ها با سخنگوی مجمع مشورتی فعالان مدنی و دبیر جبهه متحد کرد و در حین بازگشت از قصرشیرین به سمت کرمانشاه صورت گرفت.

گزارش شده است که سخنگوی مجمع مشورتی فعالان مدنی در 18 آبان 1402 در میانه سپری کردن دوره حبس یک ساله خود از زندان به مرخصی اعزام شده بود. وی پیش تر در 23 اردیبهشت همان سال جهت اجرای حکم بازداشت و به زندان منتقل شده بود.
