On 16 December 2025, Navid Khoshmanzar was arrested after visiting the Izeh Intelligence Office to retrieve his confiscated mobile phone and laptop. He was charged with "assembly and collusion against national security" and "propaganda against the regime." Following an appeal, his case was referred to the Criminal Court Two, and his temporary detention order was revoked. However, despite posting bail, prison authorities refused to release him, and he is now facing another new case.

وکیل او از بی خبری مطلق از وضعیت موکل خود، نوید خوش منظر، زندانی سیاسی محبوس در زندان ایذه، پس از انتقال به مکان نامعلومی خبر داده است.
بیش از یک ماه است که این زندانی از زندان ایذه به مکانی نامعلوم منتقل شده و هیچ اطلاعی از وضعیت او و محل نگهداری اش در دست نیست.
مسئولیت مستقیم جان نوید خوش منظر را بر عهده دادگستری و زندان ایذه دانسته است.
نوید خوش منظر ۲۵ آذر ۱۴۰۴، پس از مراجعه به اداره اطلاعات ایذه برای تحویل تلفن همراه و لپ تاپ ضبط شده اش، بازداشت و به «اجتماع و تبانی علیه امنیت کشور» و «تبلیغ علیه نظام» متهم شده بود. پس از اعتراض، پرونده او به دادگاه کیفری دو ارجاع و قرار بازداشت موقت نقض شد. اما با وجود تامین وثیقه، مسئولان زندان از آزادی او خودداری کردند و حالا او با پرونده جدید دیگری مواجه شده است.
