On Wednesday, July 12, Siamand Shabuyi, a member of the Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan, was assassinated near the city of Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region. Previously, on Friday, July 7, two other members of this party, named Loqman Aji and Adel Mohajer, were assassinated in a recreational area of the city of Qaladze in the Kurdistan Region.
The lifeless body of this political activist and member of the Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan, who had disappeared in Erbil, was found around the Baharka neighborhood of the city. It is reported that the body of this political activist, who was shot several times from behind, has been transferred to the forensic department in Erbil.
The Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan condemned this assassination in a statement and called on the federal government of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region to prevent Iran from turning the country into a field for its terrorist teams as in the past.
This assassination occurs while websites affiliated with the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence, including the DiarunaDiyar site, had threatened him. Additionally, in recent months, several members of his family, including his 14-year-old son, Kumar Shabuyi, who lives in Oshnavieh, had been temporarily detained by security forces.
Siamand Shabuyi, a 36-year-old from Oshnavieh, was working as a welder in the city of Erbil in the Kurdistan Region.
The previous day, the Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces had threatened Kurdish opposition parties in the Kurdistan Region with military operations. During a conference of Revolutionary Guards commanders in Mashhad, it was announced that the Revolutionary Guard's ground forces conducted impactful missile and drone operations against these groups. These operations were halted after the Iraqi government committed to disarming these groups and preventing their actions by September.
A warning was issued, expressing hope that the Iraqi government would fulfill its responsibilities by September. However, it was stated that if the deadline passes and these groups remain armed or conduct operations, the operations against them will undoubtedly be repeated with greater intensity.

روز چهارشنبه ۲۱ تیر، سیامند شابویی از اعضای حزب دمکرات کردستان ایران در حوالی شهر اربیل پایتخت اقلیم کردستان ترور شد. پیشتر در روز جمعه ۱۶ تیر، ۲ عضو دیگر این حزب به نام های لقمان آجی و عادل مهاجر در یکی از مناطق تفریحی شهر قلادزه اقلیم کردستان ترور شده بودند.
بنا به اطلاع شبکه حقوق بشر کردستان، امروز چهارشنبه ۲۱ تیر پیکر بی جان این فعال سیاسی و عضو حزب دمکرات کردستان ایران که روز گذشته در اربیل ناپدید شده بود در اطراف شهرک «بحرکه» این شهر پیدا شد.
گفته می شود جسد این فعال سیاسی که از پشت سر هدف چند گلوله قرار گرفته به پزشکی قانونی شهر اربیل انتقال یافته است.
حزب دمکرات کردستان ایران با انتشار بیانیه ای ضمن محکومیت این ترور از دولت فدرال عراق و اقلیم کردستان خواسته است که اجازه ندهند همچون گذشته جمهوری اسلامی ایران این کشور را به میدان تیم های ترویستی خود تبدیل کند.
ترور این فعال سیاسی در حالی صورت می گیرد که سایت های وابسته به وزارت اطلاعات جمهوری اسلامی ایران از جمله سایت دیارونادیار وی را تهدید کرده بودند. همچنین در ماه های گذشته چندین تن از اعضای خانواده وی از جمله فرزند ۱۴ ساله اش به نام کومار شابویی که در شهر اشنویه زندگی می کنند از سوی نیروهای امنیتی برای مدتی بازداشت شده بودند.
سیامند شابویی، ۳۶ ساله اهل اشنویه در شهر اربیل اقلیم کردستان به جوشکار مشغول بوده است.
روز گذشته رئیس ستاد کل نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلام ایران احزاب اپوزیسیون کُرد در اقلیم را کردستان را تهدید به انجام عملیات نظامی کرده بود. وی در همایش فرماندهان سپاه پاسداران در مشهد اعلام کرده بود: « نیروی زمینی سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی برای صیانت و حفظ امنیت کشور، عملیات های تاثیرگذار موشکی و پهپادی را علیه این گروه ها انجام داد و پس از این که دولت عراق متعهد شد تا شهریور ماه این گروه ها را خلع سلاح و از اقدامات آنان ممانعت کند این عملیات متوقف شد.»
وی هشدار داده بود:« تا شهریور ماه که زمان تعهد دولت عراق است، صبر می کنیم و امیدواریم که دولت عراق به مسئولیتش عمل کند، اما اگر این زمان بگذرد و این ها مسلح باقی بمانند و یا عملیاتی انجام دهند، قطعاً عملیات های ما علیه این گروه ها با شدت بیشتر تکرار خواهد شد.»
