به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز سه شنبه ۲۳ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، صدیق بهمنی شهروند اهل شهرستان بوکان از توابع استان آذربایجان غربی، پس از اتمام مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام با تودیع قرار وثیقه از زندان آن شهرستان آزاد شد.
همچنین، علیرغم آزادی این فرد با تودیع قرار وثیقه از اتهامات تفهیم شده به این افراد اطاعی حاصل نشده است.
لازم به اشاره است، صدیق بهمنی پدر شاهو بهمنی از شهروندان جان باخته در جریان اعتراضات سراسری ۱۴۰۱،که در روز ۱۹ خرداد ۱۴۰۲ به علت دادخواهی در خصوص علت کشته شدن فرزند خود، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهرستان بوکان بازداشت شده بود.

According to Human Rights in Iran, on Tuesday, 13 June 2023, Sediq Bahmani, a citizen of Bukan city of West Azarbaijan province, was released from the prison of that city after completing the interrogation process and explaining the charges.
Also, despite the release of these people by depositing bail, they have not been informed of the accusations made against them.
It should be noted that Sediq Bahmani, the father of Shahu Bahmani, one of the citizens who died during the nationwide protests of 2022, was arrested by the security forces in Bukan city on June 9, 2023 to a pleading for justice regarding the cause of his son's death.
