به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از کمپین فعالین بلوچ، روز چهارشنبه ۱۲ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۴، حافظ عبدالرحیم کوهی ـ فرزند: ابراهیم، شهروند اهل سنت، اهل کوه ون از توابع شهرستان سرباز و زندانی عقیدتی محبوس در زندان مرکزی زاهدان، به مرخصی اعزام شد.
براساس این گزارش حافظ عبدالرحیم کوهی، پس از تودیع قرار وثیقه در حالی که ۱۰ سال از حبس خود را در زندان مرکزی زاهدان سپری کرده برای مدتی به مرخصی اعزام شده است.
در حالی این خبر، حاکی از اعزام حافظ عبدالرحیم کوهی، به مرخصی حکایت دارد که با توجه به حکم قطعی صادره، این شهروند اهل سنت، میزان ۱۰ سال حبس تعزیری خود را به اتمام رسانده است.
تا لحظه تنظیم این خبر، از مدت زمان مرخصی اعطا شده و میزان وثیقه تودیع شده برای مرخصی این زندانی عقیدتی اهل سنت، اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
لازم به ذکر است، حافظ عبدالرحیم کوهی، در تاریخ ۲۸ آبان ماه ۱۳۹۴، توسط ماموران امنیتی اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران ، دستگیر و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و در حالی که از حقوق اولیه یک متهم محروم شده بود، توسط بازپرس شعبه دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب زاهدان، تفهیم اتهام و پرونده وی به دادگاه انقلاب زاهدان، ارجاع شده بود.
با آغاز مراحل دادرسی، توسط قاضی شعبه دادگاه انقلاب زاهدان، محاکمه و از بابت اتهامات «عضویت در گروه های مخالف نظام» و «اقدام علیه امنیت ملی»، به تحمل ۱۰ سال حبس تعزیری و اعدام محکوم شده بود.
پس از اعلام اعتراض و ارجاع پرونده وی، به شعبه دیوان عالی کشور، حکم اعدام صادره بر علیه این او نقض و پرونده اش به شعبه هم عرض در دادگاه انقلاب زاهدان، ارجاع شد و در انتها پس از رهایی از اعدام به تحمل ۱۰ سال حبس تعزیری، محکوم شد.
