On 16 September 2023, it was reported that Mohammad Moradi Nejad, a resident of the village of Alak in Kamyaran County, Kurdistan Province, was arrested by officers from the Kamyaran Intelligence Office. It is said that the arrest followed a telephone summons to the Kamyaran County Intelligence Office, and there has been no information about him since.
Additionally, reports indicate that Mohammad Moradi Nejad, an employee of the Kamyaran County Natural Resources Office, was sentenced to a two-month suspension from service in March 2023 by the Primary Board for Administrative Violations of the Kurdistan Province Agricultural Jihad. This was due to his publication of materials opposing the Islamic Republic elections in Iran. After he appealed the decision and it was referred to the Appeals Board for Administrative Violations of the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad employees, the sentence was reduced to a six-month reduction of salary and job benefits by one-sixth.
در روز شنبه 25 شهریور 1402، گزارش شده است که محمد مرادی نژاد، اهل روستای الک از توابع شهرستان کامیاران در استان کردستان، توسط ماموران اداره اطلاعات کامیاران بازداشت شده است. گفته می شود که این بازداشت پس از احضار تلفنی وی به اداره اطلاعات شهرستان کامیاران انجام شده و پس از آن اطلاعی از وی در دست نیست.
همچنین، گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که محمد مرادی نژاد، کارمند اداره منابع طبیعی شهرستان کامیاران، در اسفند ماه 1401 به دلیل انتشار مطالبی در خصوص مخالفت با انتخابات جمهوری اسلامی در ایران، توسط هیات بدوی رسیدگی به تخلفات اداری جهاد کشاورزی استان کردستان به دو ماه انفصال از خدمت محکوم شده بود. پس از اعتراض وی به حکم صادره و ارجاع آن به هیأت تجدیدنظر رسیدگی به تخلفات اداری کارمندان وزارت جهاد کشاورزی، این حکم به کسر حقوق و فوق العاده شغل به میزان یک ششم به مدت شش ماه تقلیل یافت.
