ه گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز شنبه ۱۸ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، فرشته مهدوی، ساکن شهر گرگان مرکز استان گلستان، توسط نیروهای امنیتی، بازداشت و پس از تفهیم اتهام با صدور قرار قضایی، به زندان امیرآباد گرگان، منتقل شد.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”بازداشت خانم مهدوی پس از آن صورت گرفت که وی پیگیر آزاد کردن فرزندش ـ محمدرضا(تهمورث)شوقی شده بود و در حال حاضر هم در زندان امیرآباد گرگان بسر می برد.”
تا لحظه تنظیم این خبر، از مصادیق حقوقی اتهامات یا اتهام و علت دقیق بازداشت فرشته مهدوی، اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
لازم به اشاره است، محمدرضا(تهمورث)شوقی، چندی پیش، بصورت تلفنی به اداره نظارت و پیگیری اداره اطلاعات شهر گرگان احضار شد اما در تاریخ ۱۷شهریورماه ۱۴۰۲، در پی یورش ماموران امنیتی به منزل وی و تفتیش و توقیف برخی لوازم شخصی از قبیل گوشی تلفن همراه، بازداشت و پس از انتقال به دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب گرگان و تفهیم اتهام، با صدور قرار بازداشت موقت به زندان امیرآباد گرگان منتقل شد.
