In one of the videos released on November 21, 2022, from Behdari Street in Javanrud, the face of a man covered in blood can be seen, with a bullet having torn through his throat. Several people are trying to help him. A Kalashnikov bullet struck him in the throat from the front, but according to his relatives, he miraculously survived.
Peiman Sohrabirad has two sons, aged 16 and 6 years old. His older son was exposed to tear gas during the nationwide protests in Javanrud, which, according to doctors, caused damage to his digestive system, requiring medical treatment.
Peiman Sohrabirad worked as a load carrier Kolbar to provide for his family. In the months following his treatment, due to the physical injuries caused by the security forces' shooting, he was bedridden and unable to work. As a result, his family faced severe financial difficulties.
The Iranian Human Rights Center has published a report titled "Javanrud: The Governments War on the Strongholds of Anger and the Empty Hands of the People," detailing his situation, the events surrounding his case, and interviews with eyewitnesses.

پیمان سهرابی راد به عنوان نان آور خانواده کار می کرد تا هزینه های زندگی را تأمین کند. اما در ماه های بعد از درمان، به دلیل آسیب جسمی ناشی از تیراندازی نیروهای امنیتی، در بستر بیماری به سر می برد و قادر به کار کردن نبود. به همین دلیل، خانواده او در شرایط معیشتی بسیار دشواری قرار داشتند.
وضعیت این شهروند کرد و شرح ماجرا در گزارشی به نام "جوانرود، آتش جنگ حکومت بر سنگرهای خشم و دست های خالی مردم" از کانون حقوق بشر ایران منتشر شده است.
