صابر خدامرادی به دادگاه ویژه روحانیت همدان احضار شد. وی اخیراً توسط این مرجع قضایی به اتهام "تبلیغ علیه نظام" به هفت ماه و نیم حبس و به اتهام "تشویش اذهان عمومی" به ۷۴ ضربه شلاق محکوم شده است. احکام صادره علیه این روحانی اهل سنت به مدت سه سال به حالت تعلیق درآمده است. در تاریخ ششم اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۲، وی برای سومین بار به دلیل حمایت از اعتراضات سراسری ۱۴۰۱ به دادگاه ویژه روحانیت همدان احضار شده بود. صابر خدامرادی، روحانی اهل سنت و امام جمعه شهرک قوخ شهرستان سقز است.
Saber Khodamoradi has been summoned to the Special Clerical Court in Hamadan. He was recently sentenced by this judicial authority to seven and a half months in prison for "propaganda against the regime" and to 74 lashes for "disturbing public opinion." The sentences against this Sunni cleric have been suspended for three years. On 26 April 2023, he was summoned to the Special Clerical Court in Hamadan for the third time due to his support for the nationwide protests in 2022. Saber Khodamoradi is a Sunni cleric and the Friday prayer leader of the Koukh township in Saqqez County.
