امیرعلی زارعی را نیروهای جمهوری اسلامی در اعتراضات ۱۸دی در محله مجیدیه تهران کشتند.
امیرعلی زارعی متولد ۱۳۶۹ در تهران و ساکن محله «مجیدیه» تهران بود. فارغ التحصیل کارشناسی رشته مهندسی برق از دانشگاه «Aydın Üniversitesi» بود و سال ۱۳۹۷ با رتبه ۱۴ در کنکور ارشد رشته هنر پذیرفته شد.
یک فرد آگاه او را قهر مان سابق رشته تکواندو در رده جوانان تهران معرفی می کند و می گوید طی ده سال اخیر به مربیگری در تکواندو برای بزرگسالان و همین طور آموزش رشته «دفاع شخصی» برای کودکان و نوجوانان روی آورده بود.
او را همچنین یکی از محبوب ترین مربیان باشگاه «کوهک» تهران در محله «رسالت» معرفی می کنند. پسری سرزنده که کودکان و نوجوانان را با سبک متفاوت آموزشی اش شیفته آموختن هنرهای رزمی کرده بود.
امیرعلی زارعی در نواختن «هنگ درام» استاد بود. هم می نواخت هم آموزش می داد و هم تعمیر و بازسازی این ساز را به خوبی بلد بود.
او را اما بسیاری با ویدیوهایی که روش های آموزشی اش در «مدیریت استرس و اضطراب» و «مدیتیشن» می شناختند. امیرعلی در کانال یوتیوب شخصی اش از چگونگی کنترل بر خشم و اضطراب آرامش روحی در شرایط استرس زا و همین طور تمرکز در روزهای پرهیجان مانند هفته های منتهی به کنکور برای مخاطبانش حرف می زد.

On his personal YouTube channel, Amirali spoke to his audience about how to control anger and anxiety, achieve mental calmness in stressful situations, and maintain focus during exciting times, such as the weeks leading up to exams.
