روز سه شنبه ۵ اسفندماه ۱۴۰۴ در پی شلیک مستقیم نیروهای نظامی به سمت یک خودرو سواری در شهرستان کرمان یک نوجوان بلوچ هدف گلوله قرار گرفت و در همان محل بر اثر شدت جراحات وارده جان خود را از دست داد.
هویت این نوجوان بلوچ « ناصر بورک زهی » ۱۷ ساله فرزند ماهدین اهل و ساکن زاهدان توسط حال وش احراز شده است.
به گفته منابع حال وش: «نیروهای نظامی بدون ایست و هشدار قبلی اقدام به تیراندازی مستقیم به سمت یک خودرو پلاک استان سیستان و بلوچستان کرده که در نتیجه آن این نوجوان بلوچ از سرنشینان خودرو با اصابت گلوله در جا کشته شده است.»
منابع در ادامه افزوده اند: «پیگر این نوجوان توسط نیروهای نظامی به بیمارستان و سپس به سردخانه منتقل شده و در تماسی با خانواده اعلام کرده اند برای تحویل گرفتن پیکر فرزندشان به سردخانه کرمان مراجعه کنند.»
