Mohammad Sina Saranoush Nejad was killed during protests in Isfahan. After he did not return home, his family began searching medical centres and then proceeded to Baghe Rezvan in Isfahan. After five days of searching, on 24 Dey 1404, he was identified through photographs of unidentified individuals.
Those close to Mohammad Sina reported that the photograph shown to the family depicted him on a hospital-like bed with a tube in his nose. The image also showed items attached to his ears, which the family could not identify.
Mohammad Sina's body was transferred to Najafabad for burial at 7 a.m. on 27 Dey 1404, after the family provided a commitment. The family was permitted to view not only his face but also his tattooed ankle to confirm his identity.
Relatives of Mohammad Sina stated that his family is under pressure from security forces regarding the holding of any ceremonies and even their presence at the gravesite. Plainclothes individuals are reportedly regularly interrogating those attending the ceremonies.

پیکر محمد سینا پس از کسب تعهد از خانواده، در ساعت 7 صبح روز 27 دی 1404 به نجف آباد برای خاکسپاری منتقل شد. به خانواده اجازه داده شد که علاوه بر صورت، مچ پای او را که تتو داشت ببینند و هویت او را احراز کنند.
نزدیکان محمد سینا بیان کردند که خانواده او برای برگزاری هر مراسم و حتی حضور در محل آرامگاه تحت فشار نیروهای امنیتی هستند و افراد لباس شخصی به طور مرتب افراد حاضر در مراسم را بازجویی می کنند.
