بر اساس گزارش ها، امیرحسین خوجندی، شهروند گیلک اهل رامسر، در تاریخ 26 دی ماه 1404 در این شهر توسط نیروهای امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران بازداشت شده است. گزارش شده است که حدود دو روز پس از بازداشت، اطلاع داده شد که او تحت شکنجه قرار گرفته و دچار شکستگی در پا، کتف و دندان شده است. به خانواده او اعلام شده بود که قرار است با تودیع وثیقه آزاد شود، اما هیچ وثیقه ای پذیرفته نشده و از آن زمان تاکنون هیچ اطلاعی از محل نگهداری و وضعیت سلامت او در دست نیست.

According to reports, Amirhossein Khojandi, a Gilaki citizen from Ramsar, was arrested by security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Ramsar on 16 January 2026. It was reported that approximately two days after the arrest, it was communicated that he had been subjected to torture, resulting in fractures in his leg, shoulder, and teeth. His family was informed that he was to be released on bail, but no bail was accepted, and since then, there has been no information regarding his whereabouts or health condition.
