After several months of military service at the Ajab Shir Maragheh garrison, it has been reported that an individual was held in solitary confinement by the military intelligence department for three months. The charges were related to activities deemed as propaganda against the regime.

Subsequently, the individual was held as a conscript in Tabriz Central Prison (Ward 6) without a clear resolution. The main charges included propaganda against the regime and membership in opposition groups. Initially, the individual was sentenced to nine months in prison for membership and four months for propaganda. However, due to the inability to post bail, the individual remained in detention without resolution. The individual was released in May 2022.

In the summer of 2023, it was reported that the individual was detained by the Marand Intelligence Security Police for nearly 100 days. This detention involved severe physical assault.

The individual was summoned to the Tabriz Revolutionary Guards Intelligence Office due to their presence at the grave of Ailar Haghi, one of the deceased from the protests. Reports indicate security pressures and summonses. In November 2024, the individual was sentenced to six months in prison on charges of propaganda against the Islamic Republic. This sentence was due to support for the families of those who died in the 2022 protests and attendance at memorial ceremonies. Since 9 April 2026, the individual has been in detention and is currently imprisoned in Marand.
