Shohreh Modir Shanechi, a first-year mathematics student affiliated with the Workers' Path Organization, was arrested on the street on August 18, 1988, and shot in Evin Prison on January 6, 1988, after months of interrogation and torture.
Shohreh is the fourth member of Mohammad Modir Shanechi's political family to be killed in the cause of the leftist movement. Shohreh's sister Zohreh was killed by SAVAK in 1976, and her brothers Hossein and Mohsen were killed in an attack by the Islamic regime in 1988.
Shohreh had a will that was still in the hands of the enemy, because there was no one left from the heroic family of Modir Shanechi, except for the father, who was being pursued by the enemy, to go to Evin Prison to collect his last relics.
شهره مدیر شانه چی دانشجوی سال اول علوم ریاضی، وابسته به سازمان راه کارگر که در دوم مردادماه سال ۱۳۶۰ در خیابان بازداشت و در شانزدهم دی ماه سال ۱۳۶۰ پس از ماه ها بازجوئی و شکنجه در زندان اوین تیرباران شد.
شهره چهارمین عضو خانواده سیاسی محمد مدیرشانه چی است که در راه جنبش چپ کشته شدند. زهره خواهر شهره سال ۱۳۵۵ توسط ساواک، حسین و محسن برادرانش سال ۱۳۶۰در حمله ماموران رژیم اسلامی کشته شده بودند.
شهره، وصیت نامه ای داشته که هم چنان در دست دشمن مانده، زیرا از خانوادۀ قهرمان مدیر شانه چی، جز پدر که دشمن در تعقیبش بود، کسی باقی نمانده بود که برای گرفتن آخرین یادگار او به زندان اوین مراجعه کند.
