Bita Shafiei, a 17yearold student, was arrested and released after a while on the charge of participating in the protests of poisoning students in Shahinshahr. During his detention, he was tortured and his finger was broken.
On June 26, 2023, the security agents attacked her house to arrest her again, and when they found out that Bita was not home, they beat her father and arrested her mother, Maryam Abbasi Niko, instead of her daughter, and took her with them.
According to Human Rights in Iran, in the final hours of Sunday, November 26, 2023, Maryam Abbasi Niko, imprisoned and undecided in Daulat Abad prison in Isfahan, was released after going through the stages of interrogation, explanation of charges and trial.
According to this report, Maryam Abbasi Niko was released on bail pending the completion of the proceedings and she will return to prison after the completion of the proceedings.
It should be noted that Maryam Abbasi Niko was arrested in the late hours of June 26, 2023 by the agents of the intelligence department of Esfahan province and was transferred to AlTa Ward located in Daulat Abad prison in Esfahan for interrogation and preparation of the case. بیتا شفیعی، دانش آموز ۱۷ ساله، به اتهام شرکت در اعتراضات به مسمومیت دانش آموزان در شاهین شهر بازداشت و پس از مدتی آزاد شد. او در طول بازداشت تحت شکنجه قرار گرفت و انگشت دستش را شکستند.
۵ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۲ماموران امنیتی برای بازداشت مجدد او به خانه اش حمله کردند و زمانی که متوجه شدند بیتا خانه نیست، پدرش را کتک زده و مادرش، مریم عباسی نیکو را جای دخترش، بازداشت کرده و با خود بردند.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، در ساعات پایانی یکشنبه ۵ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۲، مریم عباسی نیکو، محبوس و بلاتکلیف در زندان دولت آباد اصفهان، پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها، تفهیم اتهام و محاکمه، آزاد شد.
براساس این گزارش، آزادی مریم عباسی نیکو با تودیع قرار وثیقه تا اتمام مراحل دادرسی صورت گرفته و او پس از اتمام مراحل دادرسی به زندان بازخواهد گشت.
لازم به اشاره است، مریم عباسی نیکو، در ساعات پایانی ۵ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط ماموران اداره اطلاعات سپاه استان اصفهان، دستگیر و برای بازجویی و تشکل پرونده به بند الف طا واقع در زندان دولت آباد اصفهان منتقل شد و پس از اتمام بازجویی ها در پی مخالفت دادستان با تبدیل قرا قضایی پرونده اش به وثیقه مخالفت بعمل آمد و اواسط شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، با دریافت ابلاغیه ای کتبی برای محاکمه به شعبه ۱۰۵ دادگاه کیفری۲ شاهین شهر احضار شده بود.
با آغاز مراحل دادرسی، مریم عباسی نیکو، در تاریخ ۲۷ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، پس از اعزام به بخش اداری آن زندان، توسط قاضی شعبه ۱۰۵ دادگاه کیفری۲ شاهین شهر استان اصفهان، بصورت آنلاین، از بابت اتهامات توهین به رهبری ، توهین به روح اله خمینی و فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام ، محاکمه و بخشی از دفاعیات خود را ارائه کرد و بخش دیگری از جلسه دادرسی به اتهامات وی هم از بابت اتهامات تحریک سایرن به اعمال خشونت آمیز از طریق سامانه رایانه ای ، توهین به دختر پیامبر اسلام ، توهین به مقدسات اسلامی ، برگزار شده بود.
