بر اساس اطلاعات موثق شایان هم اکنون در بند الف ط اطلاعات کانون اصلاح و تربیت دولت آباد اصفهان نگهداری می شود و تاکنون هیچ تماسی با خانواده اش نداشته است. وی ممنوع الملاقات و ممنوع التماس است.
