به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز سه شنبه ۹ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، مهشید اسحاقی، دانش آموخته رشته فلسفه هنر، در شهرکرد توسط ماموران وزارت اطلاعات بازداشت و برای تشکیل پرونده قضایی به سلول انفرادی در بند ۲۰۹ زندان اوین منتقل شد.
براساس اعلام شورای صنفی دانشجویان کشور؛ مهشید اسحاقی، به تازگی از پایان نامه خود دفاع و از رشته فلسفه هنر در دانشکده هنر دانشگاه تهران، فارغ التحصیل شده بود.
همچنین، با توجه به انتقال مهشید اسحاقی به بند ۲۰۹ وزارت اطلاعات، وی از حق تماس و هرگونه ارتباط با خانواده و نزدیکان خود تا زمام اتمام بازجویی ها محروم است.
در تاریخ ۱۱ تیر ۱۴۰۲ با تودیع وثیقه آزاد شد.

According to Human Rights in Iran, on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, Mahshid Eshaghi, a graduate of philosophy of art, was arrested in Shahrekord by agents of the Ministry of Information and was transferred to solitary confinement in Ward 209 of Evin Prison to file a legal case.
According to the announcement of the students union council of the country; Mahshid Eshaghi had recently defended his thesis and graduated from the field of philosophy of art at Tehran University's Faculty of Arts.
Also, due to the transfer of Mahshid Ishaghi to Section 209 of the Ministry of Information, he is deprived of the right to contact and any communication with his family and relatives until the interrogations are completed.
As of the moment of writing this news, there is no information about the exact reason for Mahshid Ishaghi's arrest.
