Azadeh Saleki, a teacher working in Khaf and one of those detained during the protests in January 2026, has been summoned to the first branch of the criminal enforcement department of the Khaf Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office to serve her prison sentence. She has been instructed to appear at this branch within a specified period to begin her sentence.
Reports indicate that Azadeh Saleki, considering her living conditions and heart disease, had requested to serve her sentence using an electronic bracelet outside of prison. However, this request was not accepted. Initially, she was sentenced to ten years in prison, which was later reduced to five years by the Khorasan Razavi Provincial Court of Appeal. Ultimately, her sentence was further reduced to one year in prison.
Azadeh Saleki was arrested during the protests in January 2026 and was temporarily released on bail after approximately one month. Additionally, in 2022, she was suspended from work for one month due to her statements and activities and was subsequently transferred from Torbat Heydarieh to Khaf.
آزاده سالکی، معلم شاغل در خواف و از بازداشت شدگان اعتراضات دی ماه 1404، برای اجرای حکم حبس خود به شعبه اول اجرای احکام کیفری دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب شهرستان خواف احضار شده است. از وی خواسته شده ظرف مدت مشخصی جهت اجرای حکم حبس در این شعبه حاضر شود.
گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که آزاده سالکی با توجه به شرایط زندگی و ابتلا به بیماری قلبی، درخواست کرده بود دوران محکومیت خود را با استفاده از پابند الکترونیکی و خارج از زندان سپری کند، اما این درخواست پذیرفته نشده است. این معلم در ابتدا به 10 سال حبس محکوم شد و سپس توسط دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان خراسان رضوی به پنج سال حبس کاهش یافت. در نهایت، میزان محکومیت وی به یک سال حبس کاهش پیدا کرد.
آزاده سالکی در جریان اعتراضات دی ماه 1404 بازداشت و پس از حدود یک ماه با تودیع وثیقه به صورت موقت آزاد شده بود. همچنین، در سال 1401 به دلیل اظهارات و فعالیت های خود یک ماه از کار تعلیق و سپس از شهرستان تربت حیدریه به خواف منتقل شده بود.
