پوریا مختاری، خواننده رپ، در شامگاه ۱۹دی ۱۴۰۴ در غرب تهران بر اثر اصابت سه گلوله کشته شد. او که با نام هنری «الف» فعالیت می کرد، خواننده و شاعر موسیقی رپ بود و بیشتر آثارش محتوای اعتراضی داشت. پوریا در ۱۸ دی نیز در اعتراضات شرکت کرده و به شدت از نیروهای امنیتی کتک خورده بود که منجر به شکستگی دنده اش شد. خانواده اش از او خواسته بودند که دیگر به خیابان نرود، اما او در ۱۹دی دوباره به اعتراضات پیوست. پوریا آخرین قطعه خود را با نام «منو سرباز نزن» در ۱۵ دی در اینستاگرام منتشر کرده بود. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که او آرزو داشت رپر و بازیگر بزرگی شود و در چند ماه گذشته مشغول تمرین تئاتر بود.

On the evening of 9 January 2026, Pouria Mokhtari, a 33-year-old rapper, was shot and killed by three bullets in western Tehran. Known by his stage name "Alef," he was a rapper and poet whose works often contained protest themes. On 8 January 2026, Pouria participated in protests and was severely beaten by security forces, resulting in a broken rib. His family had urged him not to return to the streets, but he joined the protests again on 9 January 2026. Pouria had released his latest track, "Don't Make Me a Soldier," on Instagram on 5 January 2026. Reports indicate that he aspired to become a prominent rapper and actor and had been practising theatre in recent months.
